Hi my loves! In this hot summer where the Sun is being ruthless! I am going to be trendy and as odd as it may seem the knots are as utilitarian as they are trendy and stylish.
If you are in love with maxi dress and simple yet elegant dresses but find it too hard to carry that thick material in a season like this, try a version of long dress (preferably of cotton material) with a twist or a knot at the side or middle. knotting the sideways provides a functional and a chic look.
Not only did the trend graced the runways at a few Spring Fashion Week, but it's also spotted some of the of Bollywood celebs wearing these knot dresses. I always get inspired by the runway trends and try to incorporate the same in my personal style. However, it has to be affordable; otherwise what’s the point in being trendy with a hole in your pocket.
Hence, here today I am wearing this knot of the side dress by Marks and Spenser (M&S) latest collection. The dress is damn comfortable since the material is cotton plus is the print is trendy and different. Dress has quarter sleeves and they always make one look slimmer.
It is also multi functional as you can wear it for a day out and works well for evenings date nights as well. One does not need any statement jewelry to stand out, the dress itself is enough.
I have paired this dress with a these lovely hot pink stilettos from Aldo. Shoes are comfortable with a perfect easier to carry 3.5 inches heels. The color stands out as it is “hot pink” and who doesn’t like pink in the girls fraternity! :P I just love love love them!!!!
